Terms of Use

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("TERMS") GOVERN THE USE OF SPRINTCITY COURIER & LOGISTICS INC. COURIER SERVICES (THE "SERVICE") PROVIDED BY SPRINTCITY COURIER & LOGISTICS INC. ("WE," "US," OR "OUR"). BY USING OUR COURIER SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH AND BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR SERVICES.

By using our courier service, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. You may not use our services if you do not agree to any part of these Terms.

SprintCity Courier & Logistics Inc. provides courier services for the transportation of FT, LTL, general freight, parcels, packages, documents, and other items from the sender to the recipient.

1. Your best and most efficient way of placing orders with SprintCity Courier & Logistics Inc.  is through our SprinTrac online ordering and tracking system, which is accessible at  anytime, anywhere, with internet service. Alternatively, Orders can be submitted during  regular business hours by contacting our dispatch operations and customer service  representatives at 1-888-324-7022 ext. 1, Monday through Saturday.
2. Users must provide accurate and complete information when booking our courier service.
3. Payment for the courier service must be made in advance unless a credit account has  been established.
4. Additional charges may apply for special handling, insurance, waiting time, loading and  unloading time, or other requested services
5. We welcome payments through cheque, e-transfer, Visa, or MasterCard. Credit accounts  can choose from weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly billing cycles.
6. Our payment terms adhere to DUE UPON RECEIPT. 

1. Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.
2. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, traffic, or other events beyond our control.

1. Unless stated otherwise during the order placement, couriers are permitted to deliver mail slot envelopes or leave shipments at the front door of residential-detached homes or townhomes.
2. Shipments to apartments will only be left if the recipient grants access to the building and authorizes the courier to leave the package with the building concierge, mailroom, or at the front door of the unit.
3. Customers are required to explicitly specify at the time of order if a residential delivery necessitates a hand delivery and signature.

1. Customers are responsible for properly packaging their items to ensure safe transportation.
2. SprintCity Courier & Logistics Inc. is not liable for damage to improperly packaged items.
3. SprintCity Courier & Logistics Inc. assumes no liability for the loss or damage of fragile commodities during transportation.

1. Customers must not send illegal or prohibited items through our courier service.
2. SprintCity Courier & Logistics Inc. reserves the right to inspect and refuse any shipment containing prohibited items.

1. SprintCity Courier & Logistics Inc. provides insurance coverage to a maximum of $2.00 per pound ($4.41 per kg) to a maximum of $50.00 per shipment for reconstruction purposes only.
2. Additional insurance coverage is available at $5.50 per $100.00 of the declared value.
3. For shipments where the insurance value exceeds $500.00, please contact us to make special arrangements.

1. SprintCity Courier & Logistics Inc. provides a 10-minute window for pickup, delivery, loading and unloading.
2. Time charges apply at $0.75 per minute increment, including the initial 10-minute allowance pickup, delivery, loading and unloading.
3. The time charge is calculated from the time of the courier's arrival at the pickup location, where the shipment is not ready, the recipient or authorized representative is not available to receive the package, or there is the requirement to load and unload during the delivery.
4. Time charge also applies when a shipment requires loading and unloading for more than 10 minutes.

1. The initial 25 lbs. are covered within the base rate.
2. For weights exceeding 25 lbs., an additional charge of 8 cents per pound applies.
3. Weight charge can be assessed based on either the actual weight or dimensional weight, with the higher of the two determining the billing amount.

1. SprintCity Courier & Logistics Inc. charges 15 lbs. per cubic foot and this is determined by the following formula:

Dimensions in inches (Length x Width x Height)/1728 x 15 = pounds.
Example: A shipment weighs 20 lbs. It measures 16”x18”x18”. Hence, the dimensional weight would be calculated as follows: (16x18x18)/1728 x 15 = 45 lbs. 

1. Cancellations must be made within a specified timeframe to qualify for a refund.
2. Refund requests are subject to review and approval.

1. A No-Go charge is applicable when a shipment is cancelled upon courier arrival, a shipment is sent by alternative means, a shipment is ordered in error, or the absence of a person with knowledge of the shipment at the time of pickup or when an incorrect vehicle type is ordered, and the shipment cannot fit in the courier's vehicle
2. A No-Go shipment incurs charges based on the selected service type and half the rate of the order or a minimum 1-hour charge based on the vehicle type and requirement.

1. All Chartered services incur a minimum service charge of 3 hours, depending on the vehicle type requested.
2. Feet outsource charters incur a minimum of 4 hours of service charge, with 2-hour incremental increases thereafter 4 hours of service charge. Example: 4 hour, 6 hour, 8 hour, 10 hour, 12 hour MAX
3. Maximum charter service duration will be 12 hours. We take the security of your packages seriously. Our delivery personnel are trained to handle packages with care and ensure that they are delivered to the right person.

1. Customers are responsible for providing accurate sender and recipient information.
2. Customers must be available to receive the package or arrange for an authorized representative to do so.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our courier service at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
